Our Model Development Training Program is a 4-week curriculum designed to transform aspiring talent into professional, industry-ready models. This program focuses on building confidence, runway and posing skills, personal branding, and portfolio development to ensure models are fully prepared for castings, agencies, and client.
Program Structure:
PHASE 1: FOUNDATION TRAINING (Weeks 1)
• Industry Introduction: Learn about different types of modeling (fashion, commercial, editorial, runway), and how agencies and clients operate.
• Confidence & Presence: Practical exercises to improve posture, eye contact, and overall stage presence.
• Posing Fundamentals: Basics of angles, body language, and natural vs editorial posing for photoshoots.
• Runway Walk Basics: Step rhythm, balance, turns, and timing.
• Grooming & Presentation: Personal care, wardrobe etiquette, and developing a professional appearance.
PHASE 2: SKILL DEVELOPMENT (Weeks 2)
• Advanced Posing Techniques: Mastery of editorial, lifestyle, and commercial poses; using props and movement.
• Runway Walk Refinement: Different runway styles (high-fashion, commercial, pageant), transitions, and group walking.
• Expression Training: Using facial expressions to tell stories on camera.
• Social Media & Branding Basics: How to use Instagram/TikTok professionally, building a portfolio online.
• Wardrobe & Styling Workshops: Understanding styling, layering, accessorizing, and adapting to creative direction.
PHASE 3: PROFESSIONAL APPLICATION (Weeks 3)
• Test Shoots: Hands-on sessions with photographers to build professional portfolio images.
• Mock Castings: Simulated auditions where students learn how to introduce themselves, present their portfolio, and take direction.
• Media Training: On-camera interviews, video casting submissions, and personality projection.
• Collaboration Exercises: Working with stylists, makeup artists, and production crews to simulate real industry sets.
• Networking & Etiquette: How to communicate professionally with agencies, clients, and collaborators.
PHASE 4: PORTFOLIO COMPLETION (Weeks 4)
• Final Editorial Photoshoot: Multi-look session to complete their professional portfolio.
• Comp Card Creation: Digital and print-ready model comp cards for agency submissions.
• Portfolio Book Presentation: Organizing shoots into a polished model portfolio.
• Agency & Career Guidance: Advice on approaching agencies, building long-term strategies, and finding opportunities.
